Halloween can be an especially tricky time for families with children who have food allergies. (Like AnneMarie’s son Matthew) Food allergies now affect 1 in 13 children in the United States. In order to support a safe and happy Halloween for all children please consider handing out non-food alternatives to those adorable trick-or-treaters this year and display your Teal Pumpkin to show your home/business has safe alternatives for children with food allergies.

We will be handing out information about the Teal Pumpkin Project and safe Halloween goodies at the Spellman & McDevitt Law Firm at the Halloween Spooktacular in downtown Perry on Thursday, October 31st from 4-6 pm where this Halloween “Teal is the New Orange.”
